The mechanical keyboard is the memory of human beings for the technology and aesthetics of the past.

In the new period, we pick it up again and try to recreate the beauty of that time.

Shurikey incorporates industrial-era elements such as industrial knobs and rivets in a retro shape, supplemented by RHCM shell technology that can bring high-quality plastic texture, and two-color molding keycap technology to create a unique theme keyboard.

Multimedia Knobs

Hanzo is equipped with two multimedia knobs, which can quickly adjust the system volume and keyboard backlight.

Hanzo features innovative decorative footrests. It's a decorative accessory when the kickstand is not in use and flips to lift the keyboard. The raised height of the keyboard is 3° and 7° respectively.

R e t r o f i t a b i l i t y  

Retrofitability is an important feature of industrial-age products. Hanzo's various decorative and functional parts, including cover, rivets, knobs, and footrests, are designed to be convenient and detachable structures with great playability.


 Original height ABS two-color molded keycaps
Hanzo uses Shurikey's hand keys and self-developed high-thickness ABS two-color molded keycaps. All aspects are standard high-end customized two-color keycaps. The thickness is further increased to 1.5mm thickness, bringing a solid input experience. 

 Silky Smooth Varmilo EC V2 Switches

Varmilo EC V2 switch integrates the electrostatic capacitive triggering method with the structure and feel of the traditional mechanical switch. Its friction feeling, spring sound, stability, and lifespan are significantly improved compared with traditional mechanical switches.

 

65% Layout

Hanzo adopts an innovative 65% layout. On the premise of a compact keyboard, the arrow keys and the most commonly used function key Delete are retained. Other commonly used function keys can be quickly cut out and used by shortcut keys.

Bluetooth Wireless Connection

Hanzo supports wired/Bluetooth 5.0 dual-mode connection, and Bluetooth can connect up to 3 devices at the same time and switch quickly.

 Built-in 4400mAh large-capacity lithium battery provides long-lasting battery life.

How will my delivery be shipped?

US Warehouse:

To US: Amazon functions as our logistics partner to ship out Shurikey Gear products. They will choose the carrier that they think works best for our customers.
China Warehouse:

To all countries: FedEx. It will choose the carrier that it thinks works best for our customers.

I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?

We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different warehouses and different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.

Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?

Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route.

Refund Policy

Intro

Shurikey Gear provides a straightforward warranty that is processed in the most hassle-free way possible. 

This limited warranty provided by us in no way affects a potential statutory warranty provided by law.

All quality-related defects on items sold directly by Shurikey or Shurikey's authorized resellers are covered by an extensive warranty, starting from the date of purchase.

Notice: Shurikey Gear DOES NOT Accept Returns or Refunds for Non-Quality Problems. 

One-Year Limited Warranty

I. We high appreciate your trust and support to our Shurikey Gear mechanical keyboards.

In order to protect your legal rights and interests, and to provide better services to you, our company offers you the one-year limited warranty service that covers repair, replacement and refund in accordance with relevant laws and regulations of PRC.

II. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse (such as self-disassembling, liquid spill, dust, improper input voltage, etc.) or natural disaster (like flfloods, fifire, rodents).

To ensure the functionality of the products, you can choose to purchase our maintenance service.

III. Consumables (such as feet cover and non-slip mat) and giveaways are not covered in this warranty.

Before submitting your maintenance or replacement application, you can fifirst contact us through Shurikey Gear official after-sales email support@shurikeygear.com.

If the answers you received there are not satisfactory, please send your product or accessory to our authorized distributor or directly to Shurikey Gear for testing.

We will provide you with decent services as soon as possible.

IV. Before you send the product or accessory for testing, please make sure you have removed non-standard or customized accessories (such as customized keycaps, accessories from other manufacturers, your personal LOGO) to avoid loss or damage.

V. Shurikey reserves the right for fifinal explanation as well as the ownership of this warranty. Please follow us for any product updates. Thank you very much for all your support and cooperation!

Refunds for quality-related issues

If the product has non-artificial quality problems and cannot be solved after-sales, Shurikey Gear will offer a partial refund according to the usage time of the device. You can also choose to replace the new device, please contact us for details. support@shurikeygear.com

Process:

Buyer must provide sufficient proof of purchase
Shurikey Gear must document what happens when buyers troubleshoot the product
The defective item’s serial number and/or visible proof depicting the defect are required
It may be necessary to return an item for quality inspection
Before confirming that the product quality problem is caused by Shurikey Gear, the buyer will bear the freight for returning and sending the item, please understand!

How long does it take to get a refund?
The refund will be credited back using the same method as when your initial order was made. Processing time typically takes 3-5 working days.

Shipping costs must be covered by buyer in the following situations:

Returning products for any reason other than a proven defect
Warranty claims on items taken outside the original country of purchase
Returning items claimed to have defects but found by Shurikey quality control to be in working condition
Costs associated with unauthorized returns (any returns made outside of the approved warranty process)
